Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with composite fabrication and lamination.
• Experience reading blueprints and using measuring tools.
• Ability to work in a safety-focused production environment.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate and assemble composite components using blueprints, drawings, templates, and instructions.
• Perform layup, cutting, trimming, drilling, sanding, routing, vacuum bagging, bonding, finishing.
• Apply adhesives, sealants, rivets, bolts, screws, inserts, brackets to assemble parts and subassemblies.
• Prepare bonding surfaces through sanding, cleaning, treating, masking, and material prep.
• Use hand and power tools, measuring instruments, jigs, fixtures, and templates to meet specs.
• Maintain production records, follow safety procedures, support inspections, keep area clean.
