Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to read and follow work orders, process sheets and instructions.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and ply schedules.
• Comfortable using hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Basic computer literacy for production recording and documentation.
• Team-oriented, accountable, and detail-focused.

Responsibilities

• Perform composite rotor blade layup operations in molds and tools per drawings and specs.
• Assemble and bond components using adhesives and core materials per spec.
• Support dry-fit, vacuum bagging, and autoclave/oven cure preparation and execution.
• Cut composite plies with hand tools or CNC cutting tables and verify ply orientation.
• Verify material traceability, shelf life, and storage; label and organize kits.
• Record production data and complete documentation per quality system requirements.
