Job summary

Talentry in Warren, OR is seeking Assembly & Trim Technicians from Junior to Senior levels to support aerospace-grade composites manufacturing. This full-time role offers $20.00–$35.00+ per hour DOE and a path from entry-level to seasoned technician in a fast-paced environment.

You will trim, sand, bond, and assemble carbon fiber and fiberglass components, read blueprints and travelers, follow SOPs, and maintain AS9100-aligned quality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; technical coursework or trade training preferred.
• Prior experience in composites, fabrication, or mechanical assembly preferred (training possible).
• Ability to interpret technical instructions, drawings and work orders.
• Strong attention to detail, dependability and safety-minded approach.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Perform precision trimming, sanding, bonding, joining and final assembly of carbon fiber and fiberglass components.
• Read and follow manufacturing travelers, engineering blueprints, SOPs and part specifications.
• Maintain quality standards aligned with AS9100 aerospace certifications.
• Utilize shop hand tools safely and prepare tooling, materials and equipment.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality and production teams in a fast-paced environment.
