You will drive profitable growth, strengthen key customer relationships, and oversee pricing, contracting, and business development. This role partners with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, and Marketing to ensure executable commitments and strategic alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• 10+ years in progressive commercial, sales, business development, or related roles within aerospace/defense/MRO.
• Proven track record in leading commercial strategy and delivering profitable revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales and business development activities with visibility of the global sales pipeline and revenue outlook.
• Oversee pricing, proposals, and contracting to support growth and profitability.
• Develop and maintain customer dashboards and KPI reporting for senior leadership.
