Job summary

Ontic is seeking a Commercial Director at its Chatsworth, CA site to lead strategic commercial initiatives and drive profitable growth. You will oversee sales, business development, pricing, and key account management while partnering with Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain to ensure executable commitments.

The role requires aerospace, aviation, or MRO commercial expertise, strong data-driven decision-making, and senior leadership capabilities to build a high-performance organization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in aerospace or highly regulated environments with commercial leadership.
• Proven track record in leading commercial strategy and delivering profitable revenue growth.
• Strong pricing experience in aerospace products and/or MRO services.
• Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with CRM and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the commercial strategy aligned with Ontic’s objectives.
• Lead global sales, business development, and key account management activities.
• Oversee pricing, proposals, and contracting of major commercial opportunities.
• Implement CRM and analytics to provide timely pipeline and KPI insights.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Finance to deliver commitments.
• Lead and develop a high-performing commercial team.
