Job summary

Chromalloy is seeking a Chemical Process Operator to perform chemical and mechanical processing for aerospace turbine engine components. You will support coating, cleaning, surface preparation, and thermal processing to meet quality, safety, and customer requirements.

You will operate furnaces, coating systems, grit blasting, ultrasonic cleaning, and related equipment, monitor process parameters, and maintain logs and documentation to ensure traceability and compliance with standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (or equivalent).
• Experience in manufacturing, chemical processing, coating, or heat treatment preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret procedures, blueprints, and work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Perform chemical processing and coating operations on aerospace turbine engine components.
• Execute grit blasting, ultrasonic cleaning, thermal processing, and coating preparation.
• Set up and operate furnaces and coating systems; monitor and maintain equipment.
