Job summary

Chromalloy Carson City is seeking a Chemical Process Operator for the 2nd shift to support the blade manufacturing team. You will prepare materials, operate equipment and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards in a dynamic manufacturing setting.

Working primarily 3:00 PM-11:30 PM, you will be part of a team that values safety, quality, and continuous improvement while contributing to aerospace component production and repair.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment and support chemical processing operations
• Prepare and mix materials according to process requirements
• Modify and process parts to meet production specifications
• Inspect work using measuring and inspection tools
• Follow production procedures, quality standards, and process controls
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Support Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
• Follow all environmental, health, safety, and quality requirements
• Assist with other production-related tasks as needed
