Chromalloy in Oldsmar, FL is seeking a Chemical Process Operator for the 3rd shift to perform chemical and mechanical processing of aerospace turbine engine components. The role supports coating, cleaning, surface preparation, and thermal processing while ensuring quality and safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience in manufacturing or chemical processing preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and work instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform chemical processing and coating operations on aerospace turbine engine components.
• Execute production processes including grit blasting, ultrasonic cleaning, thermal processing, and coating preparation activities.
• Set up, operate, monitor, and maintain furnaces, coating systems, blasting equipment, and other machinery.
• Prepare and mix production materials per procedures.
• Monitor parameters and ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards.
