CNC Industries, a Kadon Company, is seeking an experienced Vertical Mill Operator for the night shift to produce high-precision aerospace components. The role requires a minimum of three years of CNC milling experience, blueprints literacy, and meticulous attention to quality in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of CNC vertical milling experience.
• Experience operating vertical machining centers in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Experience using calipers, micrometers, gauges and indicators.
• Understanding of GD&T and precision machining practices.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC vertical milling machines to manufacture aerospace components.
• Load and unload parts and monitor machine performance.
• Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions.
• Perform in-process inspections with precision measuring equipment.
• Verify parts meet quality standards and tolerances.
• Report issues promptly and document production activities.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Collaborate with supervisors and quality personnel to meet schedules.
