Kadon Precision Machining, LLC in Illinois seeks a motivated nightshift CNC Mill Operator to produce precision parts per prints and instructions. You will operate CNC milling machines, set up under supervision, and inspect parts for quality and accuracy.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in CNC milling or closely related role.
• Experience reading and interpreting simple prints is a plus.
• Strong math and mechanical aptitude.
• Able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC milling machines to produce parts per prints and work instructions.
• Load and unload raw materials and finished parts.
• Perform basic machine setups under supervision.
• Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
• Monitor machine operation and report issues or malfunctions.
• Deburr and clean finished parts as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
