Job description

Salary commensurate with experience. Full-time role reporting to the Director of Quality.

A day in the life

Morning kicks off with a new aerospace print on your bench: you assess tolerances, materials, and sequence the most efficient turning strategy. You open SolidWorks to shape a clean, manufacturable model and move into CAMWorks to generate optimized toolpaths. You select cutters from our tooling library—swapping in innovative options when performance demands it—and post NC programs (G-Code/M-Code) with clear setup notes. If a fixture is needed, you design it and draft straightforward operation sheets for the tooling team. On the floor, you partner with CNC operators and setup pros during development and first-article runs, tuning feeds, speeds, and process flow until everything hits quality, cost, and schedule targets.
