Job summary

Prince Industries is seeking an Aerospace CNC Manufacturing Programmer/Engineer to develop and optimize CNC processes for precision aerospace components. You will ensure programs, tooling, and methods meet aerospace quality and tolerance requirements while driving efficiency and cost reduction.

Collaborate with production, quality, and operations to deliver manufacturable solutions for on-time, high-quality production. Proficiency in CAM software and GD&T is essential for this role.

Qualifications

• 3-7+ years CNC programming or manufacturing engineering experience in aerospace machining.
• Proficiency in CAM software (Fusion 360, Mastercam preferred).
• Strong knowledge of GD&T, blueprint interpretation, and aerospace documentation practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize CNC programs for 3-, 4-, and 5-axis mills and lathes.
• Create machining processes, toolpaths, and cutting strategies for aerospace alloys.
• Lead process improvements to reduce cycle time, extend tool life, and improve quality.
• Support new parts and ensure manufacturability of customer designs.
• Collaborate with QA to resolve non-conformances and drive root-cause analysis.
