Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in engineering preferred or equivalent experience.
• Ten+ years direct experience in multi-axis aerospace machining programming.
• Experience with CNC lathes, mills, and mill-turns.

Responsibilities

• Prepare computer programs to control CNC machine operations.
• Analyze engineering drawings for materials, fabrication and design elements.
• Select cutting tools, speeds, feeds, and tool paths to meet geometry and cycle time.
• Debug programs and collaborate with shop floor and inspection personnel.
• Support lean activities within Engineering and across the organization.
