Job summary

You will lead continuous improvement, optimize tooling and processes, and collaborate with design, engineering, and supply chain to meet production goals. Experience with Mastercam, Mazatrol, and G-code is preferred; Bachelor’s degree required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution.
• 1+ years CNC programming experience in a precision manufacturing environment.
• U.S. persons only; ITAR compliance and no visa sponsorship required.

Responsibilities

• Develop, revise, and optimize CNC programs for complex lathe/mill/5-axis work.
• Lead process improvements, cost-out activities and waste reductions.
• Collaborate with Design Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain to ensure manufacturability.
