Job summary

Qualifications

• Proficiency in MasterCam for CNC programming and optimization.
• Experience with SolidWorks or equivalent 3D CAD software for tooling and fixture design
• Demonstrated ability to develop and improve CNC machining processes
• Strong machining background with hands-on manufacturing expertise
• BS degree required

Responsibilities

• Optimize CNC programming for mills and lathes utilizing MasterCam software
• Design and develop tooling and fixtures using SolidWorks 3D CAD
• Troubleshoot machining issues and oversee production methods to drive continuous improvement
• Implement productivity improvements across manufacturing operations
• Collaborate closely with CNC programmers and production personnel to develop SOPs and detailed work instructions
• Drive initiatives to reduce scrap, cycle time, and rework across production processes
• Review part drawings, specifications, and regulatory standards to ensure compliance and quality
