Composite Factory is seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to develop and optimize programs for 3- and 5-axis machining in aerospace, defense, and motorsports. You will own programs from concept to production, ensuring precision, quality, and adherence to standards.

You will collaborate with machining managers and engineers, create detailed work packages, and continuously improve processes using Lean methods and modern machining techniques. A dynamic, climate-controlled shop awaits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop 3- and 5-axis CNC programs for aerospace and motorsports components in various materials.
• Create comprehensive work packages including CNC programs, setup sheets, tool lists, and documentation for machinists.
• Analyze drawings/specs to develop efficient machining processes.
• Use verification software to prevent errors and ensure program accuracy.
• Collaborate with engineers and machinists to develop work instructions and shop documentation.
• Support tooling/fixturing design to optimize production.
• Provide shop-floor troubleshooting and root-cause analysis to minimize non-conformances.
