Jobot, a long-standing aerospace manufacturer, is hiring an engineer who can improve manufacturing processes and program multi-axis CNC mills and lathes using MasterCAM with Vericut verification. CAD design will be performed in AutoCAD Inventor, with reverse engineering and program management duties.

The role emphasizes BOM and labor standard maintenance in ERP, plus leading continuous improvement and cost-reduction efforts in a collaborative environment. Degree not required for this position.

Competenze

• Degree not required for this engineer role.
• Experience with MasterCAM and Vericut preferred.
• AutoCAD Inventor or equivalent CAD experience.

Mansioni

• Develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing processes to meet design and quality standards.
• Program multi-axis CNC Mill & Lathe equipment using MasterCAM and verify with Vericut.
• Design using AutoCAD Inventor or similar CAD software.
• Serve as the main contact for reverse engineering, design engineering and program management.
• Build and maintain BOMs, labor standards, and methods in the ERP system.
• Lead and participate in continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Design and validate tooling, fixtures, gauges, and equipment.
• Support workflow and cell layout improvements; analyze variances and troubleshoot machining issues.
