Job summary

SelectTech Services Corporation seeks a skilled CNC Operator/Programmer to program, set up, and run CNC mills, routers and lathes, plus sheet metal fabrication equipment. You will work with engineering to develop manufacturing processes and ensure precision through inspection tools.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years' experience in CNC programming software, MasterCam or similar.
• Hands-on experience programming/operating CNC mills/routers/lathes in a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with CAM software and CNC control interfaces; ability to read CAD drawings.

Responsibilities

• Program, set up, and operate CNC mills/routers/lathes including fixture design and tooling selection.
• Develop machining strategies from drawings and CAD models for accuracy and repeatability.
• Operate sheet metal fabrication and general machine shop equipment; handle inspection with calipers/micrometers.
