Qualifications

• Proven ability to read blueprints/drawings and interpret dimensions.
• Experience in machining environments and tolerance checks.
• Strong math skills and attention to measurement details.

Responsibilities

• Setup, operate and maintain CNC work center.
• Verify parts using precision inspection tools and records.
• Follow AS-9100 policies and safe shop practices.
• Load correct programs, fixtures and tool offsets per setup sheets.
• Monitor feeds, speeds and wear for quality finishes.
• Record inspection data and verify part numbers per traveler.
• Conduct preventative maintenance as scheduled.
• Work Monday–Friday with possible schedule changes to meet needs.
