Job summary

Moeller Aerospace in Harbor Springs, MI is seeking a CNC Machine Operator for the 2nd shift to manufacture precision aerospace components. You will operate CNC machines, monitor several units, and ensure parts meet tight tolerances and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines to produce aerospace parts safely and efficiently.
• Monitor multiple machines and processes simultaneously.
• Use precision measuring tools: micrometers, calipers, gauges, CMMs.
• Record production and quality data in electronic systems.
• Perform routine operator maintenance (TPM).
• Deburr and rework parts when necessary.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation using 5S.
• Follow safety and quality procedures.
