Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced CNC Operator for aerospace and machine shop environments. This 2nd shift, on-site role offers stability and the opportunity to support a growing production area.

Candidates should have milling experience across 3–5 axes, participate in setup and program adjustments, and collaborate with shop teams to standardize processes. Medical, dental, vision, and a 401K are provided.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Experience with CNC milling and multi-axis (3- to 5-axis) operations.
• Assist with equipment setup and initial production activities, including troubleshooting.
• Develop and modify programs to support various manufacturing processes.
• Collaborate with shop personnel to improve and standardize processes.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC milling machines on 2nd shift (afternoon to night).
• Assist with equipment setup and initial part verification.
• Develop and modify CNC programs for multi-axis milling.
• Support optimization of machining processes and tooling.
• Maintain organized control of program files and documentation.
