Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of CNC machining experience (lathes and/or mills).
• Proven ability to produce tight-tolerance components for aerospace or similar industries.
• Proficiency with Mazatrol programming preferred.
• Experience with Swiss machining considered an asset.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Commitment to quality, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC lathes and mills to produce precision aerospace components.
• Interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and GD&T requirements.
• Inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, and other precision measuring instruments.
• Maintain quality standards through in-process and final inspections.
• Work within a cellular manufacturing environment to support efficient workflows.
