Comlux America in Indianapolis, IN seeks a CNC Mill Operator to develop, optimize, and maintain CNC programs for aircraft components supporting VIP completion projects. This second shift role runs 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM.

You will generate setup sheets, support first article runs, troubleshoot programs, and collaborate with Engineering to improve processes, while ensuring FAA compliance and quality standards.

Formación

• Associate degree or technical certification preferred in CNC programming or manufacturing technology.
• Minimum 3 years CNC machining experience; lathe experience preferred.
• Experience with aerospace or aviation manufacturing is a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities with good communication.

Responsabilidades

• Develop machining strategies to optimize quality and cycle times.
• Generate setup sheets, tooling requirements, and manufacturing instructions.
• Support first article production and validate program performance.
• Troubleshoot issues and modify programs to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with Engineering on manufacturability and fixture design.
• Maintain document control and assist in new equipment validation.
