Qualifications

• 3 years CNC milling operator experience.
• Aerospace manufacturing experience is highly preferred.
• Experience operating vertical CNC mills, horizontal CNC mills and 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis machining centers.
• Proficient with precision measuring instruments including micrometers, swing gauges, and calipers.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC milling machines to manufacture precision aerospace components.
• Operate vertical and horizontal CNC machining centers.
• Run 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis CNC milling machines.
• Perform in-process inspections using precision measuring equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work instructions.
• Verify parts meet customer specifications and quality standards.
• Monitor machine performance and report issues to supervisors.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Follow all company safety policies and quality procedures.
