Job summary

Job Juncture is recruiting on behalf of an aerospace manufacturing client for an experienced CNC Milling Operator. The role focuses on precision machining of aerospace components, reading blueprints, and ensuring first-pass quality.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of CNC milling experience, familiarity with 3-, 4-, and 5-axis centers, and proficiency with precision measuring tools. This is a day- or night-shift position in a clean, safety-conscious shop.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of CNC milling operator experience.
• Aerospace manufacturing experience is highly preferred.
• Experience operating vertical CNC mills and 3-axis, 4-axis and 5-axis machining centers.
• Proficient with precision measuring instruments (micrometers, swing gauges, calipers).
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC milling machines to manufacture precision aerospace components.
• Run 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis machining centers.
• Perform in-process inspections using precision measuring equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions.
• Verify parts meet customer specifications and quality standards.
• Monitor machine performance and report issues to supervisors.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Follow all safety policies and quality procedures.

The ideal candidate will have experience operating CNC milling equipment, performing quality inspections, and producing precision-machined components while meeting strict aerospace standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC milling machines to manufacture precision aerospace components.
• Operate vertical and horizontal CNC machining centers.
• Run 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis CNC milling machines.
• Perform in-process inspections using precision measuring equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work instructions.
• Verify parts meet customer specifications and quality standards.
• Monitor machine performance and report any issues to supervisors.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Follow all company safety policies and quality procedures.

Schedule

• Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Night Shift: 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM
