Job summary

Insight Global in Auburn, CA is seeking a Machine Operator to setup, adjust and operate 3-4 axis CNC mills and grinders. The role is onsite Monday to Friday, 7am-4:30pm, supporting aerospace manufacturing with quality, efficiency, and compliance.

You will perform routine maintenance, take part in lead-time planning, and follow established procedures under minimal supervision. Candidates should have a high school diploma, 2+ years in a machine shop, and familiarity with GD&T and PPE.

Qualifications

• Education/Certification: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with 3 or 4 axis CNC mills and grinders.
• Familiarity with GD&T basics and PPE requirements.

Responsibilities

• Setup, adjust and operate 3- and 4-axis CNC mills and grinders.
• Make manual adjustments to machine controls to optimize performance and validate product compliance.
• Meet lead times to support customers’ needs and perform routine maintenance.
