Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years CNC milling experience in a precision manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints and GD&T.
• Experience machining aerospace-grade materials (aluminum, stainless, titanium).
• Strong understanding of tooling, speeds/feeds and fixturing.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC milling machines for aerospace components.
• Perform tool changes, offsets, and adjustments to maintain tolerances.
• Read engineering drawings and GD&T requirements and ensure conformance.
