Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on CNC machining experience with mills and/or lathes.
• Experience performing CNC machine setups, not just operation.
• Ability to read blueprints and engineering drawings.
• Proficient in using calipers, micrometers, and gauges for inspection.
• Knowledge of GD&T and quality requirements is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC mills and/or lathes to manufacture precision components.
• Read blueprints and engineering drawings; perform tool changes and offsets.
• Conduct first-piece and in-process inspections.
• Troubleshoot machining issues with support from Engineering.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Document production and inspection records.
