Precise Metal Products in Phoenix, AZ is seeking experienced CNC Mill and Lathe Operators for 2nd shift. You will set up and run CNC mills and lathes, inspect first parts, and verify programs to produce precision aerospace components from various alloys.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of CNC machining and setup experience.
• Strong GD&T understanding and ability to read aerospace blueprints.
• Experience using precision measuring equipment.
• Ability to prioritize and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up CNC mills and lathes and perform first-piece inspections and program verification.
• Machine aerospace components from aluminum, stainless steel, titanium, and nickel alloys.
• Read and interpret complex blueprints and GD&T requirements.
• Inspect parts with precision measuring instruments to ensure tight tolerances and quality.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Production to improve processes and efficiency.
