R B Machine, Inc. (EMP Flight Components) is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to own CNC‑machined aerospace processes, quoting, developing, and sustaining manufacturing methods that meet customer and regulatory requirements.

You will blend estimating, process engineering, advanced CNC programming, and continuous improvement leadership, with potential growth into a Manufacturing Engineering Department Manager as the company expands.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of CNC machining and programming experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of GD&T, feeds/speeds, fixture design.
• Ability to interpret aerospace specs, drawings, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own front-end engineering to ensure profitability, manufacturability, and alignment with customer requirements.
• Develop complete manufacturing process plans for new and repeat parts.
• Build quotes by rolling up cycle time, tooling, fixturing, materials, and labor.
• Lead continuous improvement and CapEx initiatives to boost throughput and quality.
• Collaborate daily with Production and Quality leadership to maintain safe and efficient operations.
