Job summary

Search Masters in Ohio is seeking a highly skilled CNC Manufacturing Engineer to set up, operate, and program 5-axis CNC machining and 2-axis turning equipment to meet production specs. You will also program EDM operations to support complex geometries and use HyperMill, CAMWorks, GibbsCAM for advanced CNC programming.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7+ years of hands-on CNC manufacturing engineering experience.
• Demonstrated expertise progressing through the ranks of CNC machining operations
• Proficiency in HyperMill, CAMWorks, or GibbsCAM preferred; open to candidates with other CAM software experience
• SolidWorks experience preferred; open to candidates proficient in other CAD platforms

Responsibilities

• Will set up, operate and program 5 axis CNC machining and 2 axis CNC turning equipment to meet production specifications
• Program EDM operations on 2-axis equipment to support complex part geometries
• Utilize HyperMill, CAMWorks, and GibbsCAM software for advanced CNC programming
• Leverage SolidWorks to develop optimized tool paths and design work-holding solutions
