Smartsearchonline in Olathe, KS is seeking Maintenance Technician Levels II–III to maintain and repair advanced CNC and industrial machinery used in aerospace components, including jets, helicopters, and satellites. You will troubleshoot, calibrate, and adjust systems to keep production moving. We value hands-on mechanical and electrical skills and offer competitive pay, training, and growth opportunities.

Level II ($31-40/hr) and Level III ($36-46/hr) positions with rotating night shifts. U.S.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience preferred (Level II).
• 3+ years for Level III with CNC focus.
• Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems.
• Proficient in CNC/industrial machinery troubleshooting.

Responsabilités

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, service, and repair CNC and industrial machinery.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on production equipment.
• Navigate CNC controls and verify machine alignment and safety.
• Mentor junior technicians and support continuous improvement.
