Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older and able to pass background checks.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with willingness to learn new skills.
• Experience in manufacturing or technical fields is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Operate precision CNC machining equipment after training.
• Load materials and monitor machining operations.
• Inspect finished components using precision measuring tools.
• Perform deburring and quality checks.
• Read work instructions and maintain production standards.
• Help manufacture complex aerospace components used around the world.
