Job summary

Aereos in Euless, TX seeks a skilled CNC Machinist and Operator to load programs, set up tooling, and run multi-axis CNC lathes and mills on a 4x10 schedule. You will perform first-piece inspections, maintain documentation, and ensure on-time delivery while upholding quality standards.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of CNC experience, can read blueprints and edit programs (G-Code/M-Code), and are comfortable working with measurement tools and shop math.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years CNC lathe or mill operator experience.
• Experience running multi-axis machines.
• Ability to read and edit CNC programs (G-Code/M-Code).
• Interpret blueprints or product drawings and specification sheets.
• Must be able to read, write and comprehend English technical documentation.
• Experience with aircraft parts is a plus.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs or more.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Perform all setup procedures and load programs, 1st piece inspections and run production loads on CNC equipment.
• Determine tooling, design and build fixtures, perform setups; load and set tool offsets, set and modify work offsets.
• Use measuring tools, including micrometers, calipers, and indicators, calibration, and proper maintenance of equipment.
• Set up and operate a variety of machines applying knowledge of mechanics and shop mathematics.
• Collaborate and support production and quality departments on assigned daily activities.
• Maintain documentation and traceability.
• Monitor and maintain quality of production work.
• Apply knowledge of materials, tooling, and machining procedures.
• Carry out instructions with minimal supervision and meet quality and on-time delivery requirements.
