Job summary

Qualifications

• Interpret complex blueprints, CAD models and technical docs to determine operations.
• Set up and operate CNC machines with attention to tolerances.
• Perform first article inspections and in-process quality checks.
• Troubleshoot tooling or setup issues to minimize downtime.

Responsibilities

• Program (if required), set up, and operate CNC machines per drawings and specifications.
• Interpret engineering drawings and select tooling, speeds, and feeds.
• Ensure parts meet customer requirements through QA checks.
• Troubleshoot and resolve machine/tooling issues to maintain uptime.
• Document setups, part dimensions, and tool usage for repeatability.
• Perform routine maintenance and calibrations on CNC equipment.
