Homeyer Precision Stamping is seeking an experienced CNC Mill Machinist to set up, program, and operate Okuma vertical and horizontal milling centers for aerospace components. You will read blueprints, GD&T, and specs to ensure precision parts are produced to exact tolerances.

Ideal candidates hold an associate degree or technical certification in precision machining with 4+ years of CNC milling experience. Proficiency in Okuma controls, Mastercam, and NX is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Requires associates/technical certification in precision machining or equivalent experience.
• Experience reading blueprints and GD&T to tight aerospace tolerances.
• Proficient in G-code programming and multi-axis setups.

Aufgaben

• Set up, program, and operate Okuma 3-axis, 5-axis, and horizontal CNC mills.
• Read blueprints and engineering drawings; interpret GD&T and specs.
• Select tooling, establish work offsets, and perform complete machine setups.
• Machine complex aerospace components with tight tolerances.
• Inspect finished parts with precision instruments and document results.
• Troubleshoot issues and implement process improvements for quality and efficiency.
• Collaborate with engineering and production to ensure on-time delivery.
