Minimum 5 years of progressively responsible CNC milling experience, aerospace industry preferred.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints/drawings and GD&T.
Basic math and geometry knowledge.
Experience with Fanuc and Siemens CNC controls.
Effective communication with Leads, Supervisors, and Managers.

Responsibilities

Operate CNC machines to produce aerospace parts primarily from aluminum and titanium.
Run CNC machines independently with minimal additional assistance (<15%).
Set up machines with fixtures and required tooling for new part numbers (<15% supervision).
Take precise measurements using gauges, calipers, indicators and micrometers.
Tear down existing set-ups and return items to proper locations.
Perform basic troubleshooting of set-up and in-process machining issues.
