Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of milling experience; aerospace is a plus.
• Experience with fixturing/tooling.
• Experience with Inconel and titanium is a plus.
• Familiar with shop planning/tooling.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC milling machines to produce precision parts.
• Take measurements with gauges, calipers, indicators and micrometers.
• Maintain safe, organized and clean work environment.
• Set up and troubleshoot machines for large complex parts.
• Manufacture fixturing and verify part specifications using layout methods.
• Work with 3/4/5-axis CNC machines and multi-spindle equipment.
