Ideal candidates have 3+ years of CNC milling experience, familiarity with Fanuc, Haas, Siemens controls, and G-code/M-code programming. This is a hands-on role offering growth and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of CNC milling or 3-axis/5-axis machining experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and work to tight tolerances.
• Strong shop math skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with Fanuc, Fidia C20, Siemens, Haas, or similar CNC controls.
• CNC programming knowledge (G-code, M-code).

Responsibilities

• Set up, adjust, and operate CNC milling machines independently (3-axis or 5-axis).
• Read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings to meet precise specifications.
• Input offsets, edit programs, and make adjustments at the machine controller as needed.
• Use precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, dial indicators) to verify part dimensions in-process.
• Perform equipment troubleshooting and basic preventive maintenance.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
