Job summary

Schlosser, part of Precision Castparts Corp., in Redmond, Oregon, is hiring a skilled CNC Machining professional to operate CNC mills and lathes, perform target machining, and finish castings to PCC specs. Qualifications

• Ability to read, interpret, and follow specifications on tech cards, blueprints, and drawings.
• Experience with CNC milling and lathe operations.
• Familiarity with Fanuc programming is a plus.
• Ability to set up and run multiple machines for efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Produce quality castings in compliance with customer specifications.
• Review tech cards, setup cards and tooling sheets.
• Test tool offsets and controller program functions.
• Call up programs, fixtures, and start CNC machine operations.
• Set up and run multiple machines for programs that run without operations.
• Communicate potential problems to supervisor and suggest corrective actions.
• Maintain safe work practices and complete logs and records.
