Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• At least 3 years manufacturing/machining experience.
• At least 1 year reading and interpreting mechanical blueprints.
• Experience with at least two CNC processes (drilling, milling, grinding, turning).
• Ability to use basic hand tools and measuring devices.
• Ability to lift/push/pull up to 35 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Machine all types of metals to specification.
• Check part dimensions during machining with metrology tools.
• Meet tolerances and finishes per standards.
• Maintain safe housekeeping and comply with EH&S.
• Set up and operate equipment per drawings and method sheets.
• May train operators and perform minor maintenance.
• Document time and maintain records in prescribed system.
• Participate in daily team meetings and activities.
