Job summary

GE Aerospace is seeking a 2nd Shift Manufacturing Supervisor at Loves Park to lead daily production operations for engines and components. You will oversee ~20 hourly staff, including machinists and assemblers, ensuring safe, efficient execution and strong performance in safety, quality, and delivery.

You will partner with planning to meet customer commitments, drive continuous improvement, and coach teams in problem solving and standard work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with relevant experience.
• Multiple paths: bachelor’s (1+ year), associate (3+ years), or high school (5+ years) experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production operations on the Loves Park line.
• Supervise ~20 hourly employees across machining, assembly, and lab work.
• Drive safety, quality, delivery, and continuous improvement goals.
• Coordinate with planning to meet schedules and commitments.
• Train staff on required skills and standard work.
