Job summary

Atterro in Denton, TX is hiring a CNC Machinist for a direct-hire role on 2nd or 3rd shift. You will set up, program and operate CNC equipment to produce precision aerospace components, while supporting quality and efficiency.

Required: high school diploma or GED, 1 year CNC machining, ability to read blueprints and use precision tools. GD&T and CMM experience are pluses; strong attention to detail and safety are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required, machining training preferred.
• Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions and specs.
• Minimum 1 year CNC machining experience with multi-axis machines.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machinery to manufacture aerospace components.
• Meet production goals while maintaining quality and safety.
• Troubleshoot machine issues and perform offsets/ edits.
• Inspect finished parts against drawings and documentation.
• Maintain accurate production records and clean work areas.
