Job summary

You must read blueprints, interpret work instructions, and maintain tight quality records while meeting production goals. Candidates with 1 year of CNC experience, good measuring tool skills, and a commitment to safety are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Technical, trade school, or vocational training in Machining Technology preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machinery to manufacture precision aerospace components.
• Perform machining operations while meeting production goals and quality requirements.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and make necessary machine adjustments.
• Inspect finished parts to verify compliance with engineering drawings and specifications.
• Maintain accurate production documentation and quality records.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe while following all company safety and quality procedures.
