Job summary

Reich Tool & Design in Menomonee Falls, WI, is seeking an experienced Machinist / Toolroom CNC on First or Second Shift. The role focuses on building and repairing dies, fixtures, and prototype tools with CNC, Wire, Waterjet support. In-person, 40 hours per week with overtime as needed.

You will coordinate projects on the shop floor, program and run CNC machines, and mentor staff in the tool & die department while upholding ISO 9001-2015 and Lean practices.

Qualifications

• High school education or GED.
• Knowledge of metallurgy, GD&T, metrology and ability to read blueprints.
• Minimum 5-year apprenticeship and five years of practical experience.
• Knowledge of industry CAD/CAM software.
• Must be a U.S. citizen.

Responsibilities

• Study, plan and coordinate projects on the shop floor.
• Program, set up and run CNC machines in the tool room.
• Lead and teach support personnel in the tool & die department.
• Ensure dimensional accuracy and quality workmanship.
• Comply with ISO 9001-2015, LEAN, and other quality controls.
