Job summary

Airbus Aerosystems Kinston, Inc. is seeking a Machine Operator to join our aerospace manufacturing team.

The role focuses on setting up and operating a range of machine tools to produce parts that meet precise tolerances and dimensions, while interpreting blueprints and specifications to guide operations. You will monitor quality using statistical or standard inspection methods and participate in training to become MVP qualified.

Qualifications

• Formal apprenticeship or equivalent training and experience.
• Ability to interpret blueprints, sketches and engineering specifications.
• Set up and operate machine tools to exact tolerances and dimensions.
• Monitor quality using standard procedures and measurement tools.
