Job summary

Attco Aerospace in South Bend, IN is seeking an Aerospace CNC Production Supervisor to lead a milling-focused machining center. You will guide CNC teams, optimize schedules, mentor operators, and drive a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

You’ll work closely with quality, engineering, and planning to meet tight tolerances and on-time delivery, maintain records, and develop the team from lead to supervisor within your first 90 days.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical machining education preferred.
• 8+ years of CNC machining experience, ideally in milling, with supervisory potential.
• Strong knowledge of machining methods, tooling, and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the machining center to meet output and quality targets.
• Plan and adjust workloads to align with production schedules and deadlines.
• Ensure strict safety standards and company procedures are followed.
• Inspect machinery, tooling, and fixtures for peak performance.
• Coach and train team members; foster continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with quality, engineering, and planning to simplify processes.
• Maintain precise production records and documentation.
• Tackle personnel and production issues with urgency and care.
