Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 3+ years of CNC lathe setup/operation experience, preferably in aerospace or high-precision manufacturing.
• Strong ability to read blueprints and interpret GD&T.
• Experience with Mazatrol, Fanuc or similar CNC controls.
• Familiarity with aerospace materials (e.g., titanium, Inconel, stainless steels, aluminum alloys).

Responsabilités

• Set up CNC lathe tooling, fixtures, offsets, and verify programs.
• Operate CNC lathes to produce tight-tolerance aerospace components.
• Read complex blueprints, drawings, and process sheets.
• Perform first article, in-process, and final inspections with precision instruments.
• Make offsets and minor program adjustments to maintain accuracy.
• Document production and inspection results per quality systems.
• Maintain clean, organized work area following 5S standards.
• Adhere to safety, AS9100, and company procedures.
