Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to independently set up, operate, and troubleshoot complex CNC milling operations.
• Strong hands-on experience with 3- and 4-axis CNC milling machines.
• Understanding of cutting tools, speeds and feeds, offsets, fixtures, and setups.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and GD&T requirements.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and lead machining cell activities to meet production priorities.
• Keep CNC equipment running; minimize downtime and setup time.
• Troubleshoot complex milling setups and 3-4 axis operations, perform minor edits.
• Coordinate tooling, fixtures, and resources; work with cross-functional teams to optimize quality and safety.
