Job summary

Skillsource Group, Inc. is seeking a CNC Grinder Setup Machinist-Programmer for a full-time position in Burlington, MA. The ideal candidate will have experience with Fanuc-controlled CNC surface grinders, particularly Okamoto models. This role involves programming, operation, and troubleshooting of machines, as well as training and mentoring fellow machinists.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience operating Fanuc-controlled surface grinders.
• Experience with Okamoto machines is preferred.
• Flexibility to work either 1st or 2nd shift.

Responsibilities

• Program, set up, and operate Fanuc-controlled CNC surface grinders.
• Troubleshoot machines, performing minor edits to programming.
• Train and mentor other machinists.
